Mr. Katten is a founding partner of Katten Muchin Rosenmann LLP, a global law firm with over 600 attorneys. Mr. Katten is versed in multi legal disciplines including tax and financial structure, corporate mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and federal tax and criminal investigations. Elm Union Design relies on Mr. Katten’s business venture experience to inform and guide all pertinent decision-making.

Mr. Katten sits on many boards including the Board of Trustees of Roosevelt University, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Auditorium Theatre, Director Emeritus of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society among others.  

Mark Allen Stuart, CEO of the Stuart group has managed strategic planning initiatives for over 100 clients within 30 different business industries. Mark has been an officer within 4 publicly held companies and has full cycle business experience from IPOs to mergers and acquisitions.  With experience in capital raising, business strategy, tactual execution, dynamic business development growth, Mark serves as senior strategist for Elm Union Design.
